Improving the lives of Young Carers in Swindon

Welcome to Friends of Young Carers (Swindon)

We are a charitable trust, formed in 2002, with the sole aim of improving the lives of hundreds of children under the age of 18 have a life outside of their caring responsibilities.  We enable them to behave like children, and be treated like children rather than the routine adult world they invariably live in.  But we need your help to continue our work.

So far, more than 900 Young Carers have been identified in Swindon alone, but we believe there are more.

Here you can find out more about what its like to be a Young Carer, what FOYCS is doing to help, and how YOU can help us to help Young Carers.

It has been a challenging year for everyone, especially for Young Carers, and it is more important than ever that we can support them.
